Hi, Iām Dan
I was once a journalism student studying at Temple University. My professor invited a reporter from the Philadelphia Inquirer to speak to our class. For an hour, he screamed at us, proclaiming that "journalism is dead, and we better love this job because we'll be lucky if we write about cats stuck in trees for some local paper in Dayton, Ohio."
He wasn't wrong. Regardless, while having a panic attack in the lobby of Annenberg Hall, I discovered a flyer with a headline reading: "Want to watch TV for a living?" While super misleading, it was an advertisement for Temple's Advertising Department. I've been obsessed ever since.
Ten years later, I've created content for brands such as KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Maytag, Speakman, Destination Maternity, Motherhood Maternity, Coastal Behavior Consulting, Visit Currituck, Virginia Beach Friends School, U.S. Department of State, and a bunch of other fun organizations.
When not slinging words, I make dope homemade pizza, collect ridiculous coffee mugs, obsessively watch professional wrestling, and hang with my family (wife, kiddo, doggo).
Anyway, thanks for stopping by. Let me know if you'd like to work on something cool together.
